I just moved from Ohio to Enfield, CT & my dog was sick 2 weeks into our move. I was able to get an appointment within a half hour. The doctor was willing to trim my dog's nails, which my last vet was not always willing to. They were saints with her and she is not easy. My dog then proceeded to take a poop on their pretty lobby floor and they cleaned it up letting me know, it was no problem at all! This place has made me feel at home! I can't thank them enough!!
My family has gone here my whole life. Never once had a problem, until today. My dog is in the system and goes for check ups. Today he ate a flea collar and was walking into walls, falling over, puking etc. anyways, I called to get him in as quickly as I could and they simply told me "your account says no service were not taking appointments for him.
