States they are a 24-hour business. Had a furnace issue at 8pm on a Wednesday night, called Enervise and spoke to someone in a call center. They said that a technician would be reaching out soon. It's Thursday afternoon and I still haven't heard anything from them. Don't advertise as a 24 hour business if you can't hold up your end.
God bless the people at Enervise, LLC! When our furnace shut off unexpectedly yesterday, we had no idea what was wrong. Went through all the normal checks of a breaker, switch, gas line, and filter – still couldn’t figure it out. We didn’t realize there was a problem until about 6:30 PM - everywhere was closed and we were going to be paying for an emergency call over the weekend. With 13 rooftop units anything can go wrong at any time; no matter what issue we run into, Enervise is quick to Repair, Maintain or Replace hardware in our Units. We have used companies in the past that didn't meet our expectations like Enervise has! For anyone that needs HVAC work done, you can expect Enervise to take great care of you!
