Didn't get past the initial call to request service as the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude.
We ordered a new walk-in cooler for our business in September 2022. We were told it would be ready for installation by early 2023, but it wasn’t. Manufacturing lead times have been an issue for everyone post COVID and we get that. However, now 9 months later, and we can’t even get a returned email or call back. I’ve asked for a status update several times and have received no response.
Called them to fix fryer at my restaurant. Two technicians 5 different visits $700 later my fryer doesn’t work.
