I took a women’s woodworking class from Laura and had so much fun and learned a lot! Laura teaching style encouraged me to be creative and at the same time gave clear guidance as well as prioritizing safety. I would take another class from her in the future!
Ladies... LADIES! You gotta trust me on this. Taking a class with Laura and Enerstructa was one of the best decisions of my life. NOT KIDDING. I like to think I'm independent, and in many ways I am, as are you. But learning my way around power tools with Laura, well that's been a whole other level of liberation and empowerment. Laura was our fearless leader whilst building benches, shelving, and beyond for NK STUDIOS with a group of womxn. She walked us through everything, from planning to execution. Guiding us during the building process, while encouraging hands on involvement. She truly empowered us through teaching us how to plan out a project, to acquiring the materials, to using the power tools to execute it. 5 stars. Would recommend her services, classes, and really anything she has to offer.
