I am so pleased that Jason returned to our home to service our geothermal system. Once again, his knowledge and demeanor were truly exemplary. We chose to purchase a service contract with Energywise because of the service Jason provided.
We highly recommend energywise if you ever need emergency assistance with your heating furnace. We called around 7:45am and by 8:30am Jay was at our door. Jay was very knowledgeable and was able to get our furnace back up and running right away. We are very happy with his work and professionalism.
I had a very good experience working with and talking to Tyler on a estimate on a somewhat complicated Heat pump project that was miss handled by my original company and I hope to work with them on a new installation project.
Tyler was very informative, gave us options I was not aware of. He was very knowledgeable on heat pump systems and I learned a lot from him. He was also very good to work with. Giving me confidence to go this route.
Anthony did a great job, and as I was in dire jet lag after 30 hours in flights, he was very understanding incase I have any questions in the future.
