After a three week program, I can walk pain free, and have been able to cook for my husband without pain! Ruth gave me my life back, and I could not be more grateful! Fibromyalgia is no joke, but now I have tools to manage it.
Ruth is great! I began working with her after reading about MFR techniques and was fortunate to discover her at one of her early locations. The whole process from evaluation through treatment was so easy! Ruth performed her evaluation, began treatment, including recommendations for stretches to do on my own. I followed Ruth’s recommendations for treatment frequency and I now feel great! I would recommend myofacial release at Energy Works to everyone!
Ruth is an amazingly knowledgeable practitioner. I love the addition of the Amethyst Biomat to her practice. It was incredibly relaxing and I was asllep before I knew it. I think it's a great complement to her myofacial work (which is fantastic too - my height increased 1/4", which most middle aged women can not say!).
I was having severe issues with my right shoulder that PT couldn't help and surgery wasn't an option since there wasn't anything wrong that could be fixed surgically. There is a point on the shoulder head where three tendons meet and mine was severely inflamed and it was starting to affect my neck.
