Dave & Cindy are fantastic, very knowledgeable people. I look forward to call Dave out for service, he always explains how I can improve my pool heating and dehumidifier system. Reasonable rates and knows what he is talking about.
Not the place i was looking for.....cool guys here though.
I just got swindled out of $50 from Cindy and David Bakke who are property owners I was trying to rent from at C.B. Properties at this location. Knowing my credit isn’t perfect, nor my rental history, I informed them beforehand to ask if I should even apply. They took my money and then denied me for the very reasons that I stated may be a problem for them. Low moral fiber. I would not work with these people if I were you.
