This is a wonderful company. Been using them for years, since my bee install. Had a humidifier and air purifier installed today and Jeremy did an excellent job. Very thorough and professional. Very fair pricing as well.

I was rejected from a program they had to have a new air conditioner and heater because of "bulk moisture in the crawl space." I don't have crawl space, but I do have a basement. This condition was never mentioned to me until I got an undated letter from them.

I understand your concerns however with the ****** Il program there are very specific guide lines that we must follow. In the case of bulk moisture the reason we cannot air seal and insulate is because we might cause mold to grow in your home. We would have loved to do work in your home but under the guidelines ****** would reject the request. I hate that we are given a bad review under circumstances that are out of our control. It may be possible next year that we are not required to insulate a home in order to do a project... read more

This program is very well organized and is followed in a step by step way. The individuals who did the work were conscientious and well-trained in their jobs. On the occasions that I had questions about the work and scheduling, I was able to call the office and get answers. I'm very grateful that this program is available.
