The installation took way longer than expected , over three months from contract to completion. Every time I called for an update, I got a different story. The actual crew that came out was polite, but I felt totally left in the dark during the process. Now I’m stuck waiting on paperwork to get the system turned on, and no one at the office seems to care. Would not recommend if you value clear timelines or customer service.
I regret ever signing a contract with Energy Smart Engineering. The sales rep promised me lower utility bills and a system that would cover 100% of my energy needs . neither turned out to be true. My PG&E bill barely changed, and when I called to ask about it, they blamed my usage instead of owning up to the poor system design. Super pushy upfront, but nowhere to be found after install.
Willy was exceptional. He called me back on a sunday to schedule appointment the following day. He was kind, patient, and professional. I will always use Energy Smart the promptness was exceptional.
Showed up on time as agreed. Called to confirm. Very friendly and professional. Explained the issue very well and provided additional maintenance advice. I am extremely happy with the service provided.
Had an amazing experience with Energy smart on two occasions. This last time my AC went out they were able to come to my house extremely fast and fix the problem immediately at a reasonable cost.
