During my divorce, my ex-husband engaged Sherry to put our house on the rental market without my consent. By Texas law, signatures of both parties are required. I was never contacted for the rental of the house and my home went on the market while I was on a three-week trip overseas. I had to use my divorce attorney to get the money from the rental.
