Been a customer of Energy Plus for several years. We recently took ownership of a cabin, which has a propane fireplace. The fireplace hasn’t been used in 10-12 years. I wanted an expert serviceman to go through it and check it out. Austin was the man for the job He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards. Our experiences with Energy Plus have been exceptional! We have a Jotel gas fireplace in our home and one in our rental condo. They are not only toasty warm, but very attractive! Austin just came out and did the annual cleaning on both of the fireplaces. He is prompt, personable, and efficient. Both units look brand new and work like a charm. I have been a customer of Energy Plus for over 20 years and can't speak more highly of their services. Austin did an annual maintenance on my home and did an amazing job on our fireplaces. We needed parts and he kept us informed throughout the order and installation process. Very kind and professional!
We got our wood stove through Energy Plus last year and the whole experience has been the best! We were able to learn everything we needed to through our sales rep, Chris, who never pressured us and was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The guys they sent to do the install were amazing, took great care when getting the job done, and provided a bunch of tips and guidance about using the stove.
