During the appointment I could hear Austin talking with my boyfriend while he was working upstairs. The conversation sounded really professional and friendly, and it was clear he knew what he was doing. He fixed the fireplace stove with ease and answered all of our questions. Great experience—would definitely recommend.
Austin came out to fix an issue on a fireplace stove and did an excellent job! He was quick, very knowledgeable, and extremely polite. His customer service was outstanding—honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Duluth when it comes to a customer service exp. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything clearly, and the conversation was great too. I really appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend him and the company.
We just had our gas fireplace cleaned and checked by an excellent technician, Austin. He was professional, kind, answered all our questions and we will ask for him again at Energy Plus - our fireplace has been working great all these years and in our Duluth weather that’s critical.
We have had our gas fireplace for a few years now and love it. Just had Austin ( one of their service employees) stop by for a little clean up and check. He seemed very , nice, knowledgeable and tried to teach us how to maintain it. We have had a good experience
