Energy Plus has been my sole source for Fireplace Sales and Service for over 20 years. Most recently Austin made a routine house call to service my Jotul Fireplace in a very knowledgeable and courteous manner. This local business richly deserves our strong support to continue providing the expert and reliable care we need for our heating systems here in Duluth, MN.
I'm late I'm sharing this review. Earlier this spring Austin from Energy Plus was over to work on my Lopi Sweet Dreams stove. It was previously worked on the prior year by another technician. Austin listened while I attempted to explain what was done then and the current symptoms. After thorough troubleshooting, he replaced a part that was missed the previous go-around. Needed cleaning and repair of my free standing gas fireplace. The service was great. The technician who did the work was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained each step of the service and went above and beyond to explain how to program and operate new remote control equipment. B. L.
I am very impressed with the cleaning of my gas fireplace done today by Austin! He was organized, efficient and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend him and Energy Plus. He explained everything clearly, replaced only a small part that was needed and left with the fire burning clean and bright! The customer service was excellent from the initial call I made to schedule it to Austin’s services. Austin and Energy Plus deserve six stars with their customer service!!! Job very well done!
Been a customer of Energy Plus for several years. We recently took ownership of a cabin, which has a propane fireplace. The fireplace hasn’t been used in 10-12 years. I wanted an expert serviceman to go through it and check it out. Austin was the man for the job He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards.
