I just joined Energy Pilates about a month ago. I have to tell you that I have belonged to many clubs and studios and Energy Pilates is by far the best! I love the class variety! Another huge factor for me is that the staff and the clients are so friendly they make you feel like you are their friend and part of the family. That is so important to me!
Being new to a fitness class, as well as being male, I was nervous to try this out. I am on day 8 of my 10 day pass and have been to 5 different classes. I am addicted. The staff and other attendants for each of my classes have been extremely welcoming. As for the workouts, mind blowing. I never imagined this style of fitness could be so intense and targeted, while having such low impact on the body that weights or running brings. This is key for me due to past injuries. Starting my day at Energy studio makes me a better mom. The fun and challenging classes help to clear my head of nonsense while helping to vamp up my "energy" to carry me through the day. Lovely ladies fill the studio!!!
