The person I worked with was pleasant and very helpful. The one suggestion I would make to them is, when calling an applicant, consider leaving a voice mail if the call isn’t answered. I missed a number of calls due to not recognizing the incoming phone number.
They made the loan process fast and easy with great communication throughout the entire process.
