Our gym and health club offers a full weight room and a complete line of brand new cardio equipment. Energy Health Clubs also offers personal training packages and we have one of the largest selection of Group X Classes in Sonoma County. Our Group Exercise (Group X) Classes include the world famous Zumba Dance Party, Energy Spin, and the newest class to sweep the nation: TRX and Turbo Kick along with the staple classes such as Yoga and Boot Camp. Aqua aerobics classes multiple times during the week as well.

Did you guys really take a year's payment up front then unilaterally terminate the membership without providing a refund??? That's truly despicable. I was looking for a new gym and will have to continue doing so.
I really like this health club. The staff is friendly. Everyone is very nice. I haven't had any problems with the equipment . Love the pool and hottub !!
I love this club. The staff are very informative. They treat you like one of the family. The instructors are awesome. I especially love ❤ the water aerobics.😚
I bought a $199.20 Groupon for a one year membership at Energy Health Club back in February of this year. Energy in cotati accepted my Groupon and got their money. Seven days later Energy terminated my membership without reason or refund. Now I have been persistent in asking for this to be resolved since with no response to do so. I am hoping this will encourage Energy Health Club to either reinstate my membership or issue my refund so this does not have to go to court. Anyone have advice? Or that can help with this sillines... read more
I LOVE THIS PLACE---RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM MY HOUSE----THE STAFF IS GREAT---PEOPLE DO THEIR THING---AND LET THE OLD GUYS DO THEIRS------VERY CLEAN---ALWAYS SEEM TO BE UPDATING----
I love it! They have everything I need. The hours are perfect for my schedule and it's just a block away from my house.
