Our gym and health club offers a full weight room and a complete line of brand new cardio equipment. Energy Health Clubs also offers personal training packages and we have one of the largest selection of Group X Classes in Sonoma County. Our Group Exercise (Group X) Classes include the world famous Zumba Dance Party, Energy Spin, and the newest class to sweep the nation: TRX and Turbo Kick along with the staple classes such as Yoga and Boot Camp. Aqua aerobics classes multiple times during the week as well.

RecommendedI LOVE that there is a pool and hot tub and resistance machines. Staff is friendly, facility is clean and I’m excited for the journey of becoming fit. I’m 43 years young and have a goal to get my Lifeguard Certification in April. A goal, the tools and ability to bring someone who can keep me accountable - all while the price being quite affordable is a great recipe for success. Very excited!
They do not notify their members when equipment, the entire free weight section, is shut down. Oh and then not open the doors at 4am for their typical gym people. But they are happy to keep taking your money but offering no solutions. Yes I’m upset and I have stuck it out with them through removing the treadmills with no notification. Now this.... really? Not a sign or notice or a email.... what a joke!
Very nice exercise facility...has a great variety of exercise machines & weights so you don’t get bored, an indoor pool, sauna & sweat room. Very affordable...individual membership is only $40/mo.!

Wicked good gym for getting fit. Plenty of parking.
Great.. clean .... like the two levels... wish people would wipe their machines down as requested... Gross and not leave weights on the machine they just used for others to unload!..: just saying 🤷🏽♀️
