Our technician, Christian Norton, was the technician that came out for our A/C check up last summer and he came today, 12/01 for our furnace check up. It is reassuring to know that Energy Experts keeps their best employees happy. Same employee means great company to me. As always, he called prior to arriving to let us know what time he would be here. Also, Energy Experts sent us a photo of Christian, so again we knew who was arriving.
