This company has not finished their work or held up to their warranty promise. They strung us along for quite some time and stopped responding to contact. We got another company to diagnose a manufacture issue with coil on a new unit they installed and because it's now over a year, they only cover the part. The unit has to be taken apart and re-assembled which is going to cost us $1800. We have already paid thousands of dollars paying other people to fix all the issues with the work that they did start.
