Our entire experience with ******* from Energy Efficient Replacements and the installation team was nothing but wonderful. The crew worked hard and did a great job making our home look new again. Ordered a sliding window but got something else. Immediately said it was the wrong window. Sales rep told me my window was too big for the window I wanted so they changed it without contacting me first. I was offered a more expensive window at my cost. Then I called and left a message for the owner but NEVER got a callback. The person I left the message with called me back and told me I still owed the same amount for the plain window but they are willing to pay the last $250 on the bill. You still have an outstanding balance for the brand new windows installed in your home. This was one of the options you agreed to prior to finalizing window order. You were offered a discount on final balance and you declined. Balance is still due.
Hired them to replace siding and they did not file paperwork with county and got shut down until they corrected it. No one let me know until after a few days when they came back to work. Siding was coming off in a few places and they did ************** it and then I found new damages from them repairing other slates. I called and told them and they said it was from us. They wanted to charge me to come out $250. And I would have to go thru the company who made the siding to have it replaced. They also kept ******* and ordered... read more
Hired them for Siding, Windows and Gutters. Contract was to start in 6 to 8 weeks and job to be complete in 10 to ************************ May and now we are at the end of September and job is not complete. ******* says he will call and then doesn't. I have rotten wood that was covered up by window trim, underneath both front doors - left exposed with large whole. Window taken out and they forgot to order replacement. Had 3 widows replaced. Workers left with a damaged window installed, caulk smeared on wood frame around all 3 windows, and glass left with fingerprints of caulk on all 3 windows. Took way to many calls to fix this over months of calls. Once the new window finally installed 9 months late, the white caulk was smeared even more all over the wood frame than the first install. No response from owner as expected from this company. Very poor customer service and very poor installation effort.
They did a great job on our windows, siding and gutters. They communicated honestly and didn’t waste my time. They had great attention to detail. I would use this company again.

Purchased a large Andersen 5 panel bow window and 3 panel sliding Andersen Frenchwood door from Energy Efficient Replacements. Both look beautiful! They did a great job! I highly recommend them. Superb craftsmanship and very professional in both installation and sales!!
