This the 3rd time I put the review for their annual maintence. Today(Apr 4 2025), Joe came in to perform annual maintenance on my heat pump and furnace. He went above and beyond my expectations. In addition to inspecting the heat pump and furnace, he found two issues: The factory fan setting on the furnace was configured for a 4-ton model, and mine is a 2.5-3 ton model.
