They sent me a tech, his name was Joel, who was very thorough with his job. Apparently, Their techs are very experienced and professional, it shows in the way they enter your home with shoe covers. Joel was very honest and trustworthy. The job was done well and after fixing my A/c compressor Energy Air didn't charge me to replace a valve. I would recommend this company 100%. They are worth every penny.
