First Resource isn’t what it use to be. When we first started with this bank, Lindsey was over all of our financials & loans, but unfortunately Lindsey has left and it seems like she took the remaining customer service skills with her. I have never dealt with more rude, unprofessional individuals such as (Victoria). If you’re self employed, save yourself the headache and go through a different lender.
Always had a great experience with everyone there.
Every time I need my card they’re declining it and you can’t reach them until 8:30am this bank is for old people I guess
These people are awesome. And always glad to help anyway they can . Thank you to all of the employees at 1st Resource CU . I will never use anyone else.
