I recently acquired two EnerG+ Infrared outdoor electric heater tables through a customer appreciation award through a third party. Both units priced @$260 per unit have broken on/off switches. I contacted customer service rep Sylvain who would not stand by their products to send me replacement on/off switches to fix them myself. Unfortunately, i did not have a receipt because my order went through a 3rd party. He did offer me the opportunity to purchase 2 switches for $44 plus shiipping fees.
