Enercare has been our home service provider for almost 15 years. They are great. Today, even though I had an appointment made for Sunday, they sent Jonah P., who fixed the problem right away, and proactively fixed another part that was going to break. This is an example of their continuous great service. I didn’t even have to request an early appointment - they identified their availability.
Gary Singh did excellent job changing RO filters.
Gary Singh was very professional and he took time to explain to me the product details. He was extremely quick and knowledgeable.
We had an issue with hot water. Andy R came first and correctly diagnosed that it was a mixing valve issue, got the part ordered and scheduled an appointment with the plumber- Frederick Walcott was our plumber. He was so polite considerate and very efficient. Came in and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes. Thank you Frederick and Andy!
