Mohammod Auivi arrived on time and efficiently serviced our furnace and gas fireplace. He was careful with the fireplace logs and decorative stones, cleaned the glass so it was spotless, and it seems to be working better since he performed the service. We are very thankful for his excellent communication skills and skillful work.
Customer service seems unable to do their job. Based on my experience with that I wouldn't trust them with my home.
Never engage with Enercare for Anything unless you are desperate and have NO alternative. Their poor service and lack of commitment to customers is atrocious. Further, internally they rely on APPS and computers and their people have no clue. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - AVOID at ALL COSTS
I had a wonderful gentleman come to service my AC this morning. His name is Adib. He went above & beyond to service the AC & to help me. Considering the city broke my hose, he worked around it with a smile even though he got wet. Very happy with the service!!!!
