EnerBank USA is all about the money. I called 3 times to speak to a manager from Alex to Hal and no one picks up the phone because they are at a meeting all day long. I received a loan and was told that there is a courtesy for 4 months with necessary payment. Then they hit me with over $323.07 of extra charges for their interest. Not to happy with this company at all! it only took us 2 payments to learn from it first payment 114.98 for Jan 2018, Feb 2018 paid 300 to bring it down even quicker lol that was a big joke out of that 300 payment only $ 21.39 went toward principle. so much for thinking to pay down quicker wasn't true for us so i did next best thing got another loan from our real bank paid there ass off at 21.39 payment per month on a 8,436 loan would take way to long if ever to pay it off , means my first payment of the 114.98 paid 0 toward... read more
