Horrible company to work with. Have had numberous bad experiences with their customer service. Their website is useless and displays no account info- it just allows you to send payment and nothing else. Also, I had sent in a check for my payment but they said they never received it so I paid online and put a stop payment on the missing check. The worst customer service I ever had They put me on phone more than 30 minutes then hanged on me. I called them to discuss my loan payments which was I had wrong account gave them to fix but didn’t go through. I will never ever go back to this bank any more . I talked to Erin and Natalia and hanged on me. Unprofessional!!
Horrible company. Said 0% interest for 12 months and 2 months in they snag a chunk of the payment out for interest! What?!?!?!
EnerBank is the first time where I felt like the people giving me the loan actually wanted to get me the best deal and cared about me. I honestly have not felt this from a bank before (I have banked with Wells Fargo, Citi, and US Bank over the decades). At other banks I feel like I am constantly on guard and trying to figure out what the 'catch' is, but EnerBank was transparent and legit.
The documentation and processing services were satisfactory. The terms of the loan and repayment options are excellent. I appreciate the smoothness of the execution and dissemination of the proceeds in allowing customers to determine their level of satisfaction for the releasing of proceeds.
If your contractor wants to set you up for your loan with Enerbank run away. Enerbank will NOT hold the contractor accountable for their work. We were promised a certain product from our contractor and the contractor totally failed. Enerbank was no help to us at all. They just want their money and couldn't give a crap about you. They don't screen their contractors very well. the interest rate on your service was half what my bank wanted. if you could add a 'change payment amount' to your make payment site that would be fantastic.
Staff were clear as to what to expect and the paperwork fairly easy to follow.
I had work done by a contractor and financed it through Enerbank. The contractor failed to do the job correctly and I’m still having a lot of problems. The problem still hasn’t been resolved but I appreciate the great customer service that Enerbank has given me to help resolve this issue. Even if I have to pay for this job I still appreciate the great customer service from Enerbank. Thank you!
