Worst ever. Terrible experience with this bank - very poor communication, awful website, and poor customer service. Deeply regret doing business with them. The fact that they still use fax machines for sending documents should tell you something. Good luck tracking the paperwork down. 60 days to transfer solar loan. No one responds to calls and when they do they have no solutions.
*******DON'T USE THIS BANK******* This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I tried to assume a loan and was never able to find out the status. I made no less than 25 calls to Enerbank and got the same answer " It can take up to 60 days for the assumption". I explained to them, that my loan on the house I was buying was closing and that the assumption was holding it up. I finally had to come up with $37,000.00 to pay off the loan and close my escrow. I highly recommend that you do not use the POS bank.

Customer service sucks! You will not get a hold of anyone! My credit took a big hit for being late one damn payment. The only way they communicate is by mail only! I regret ever using them!
Horrible customer service. Getting hold of any management is impossible. The only communication you will get is by mail ONLY. They jacked up my credit score for being late one damn payment! Stay away from them not worth it! I regret ever using them!
EnerBank was the financial lender for my window purchase. Bad decision and bad company!! Bait N Switch processes. When setting up the loan for the windows, Rep told me my payment would be $125 / mo. with 15% interest rate. My first full statement revealed that they would be charging me no less than $145 / mo in interest so the loan would never reduce. Thankfully I looked at my statement and realized the situation so I could move the loan to a more reputable company.
They charge a different (higher) monthly payment than I signed in the Agreement.
Shadiest lender out there with worst customer service.
Absolutely horrible loan servicer. They don't even show your balance anywhere online. This has to be the shadiest, worst bank I've ever dealt with.
