I can't even describe how bad this office is. I've never met a more rude staff in the medical industry. ER receptionists look like saints compared to these guys. Dr. Gómez see approximately 60 patients a day. Obviously we are money machine as a patients.
Dr. Gomez is/was a great provider! The staff is amazing. you might find them unhelpful if you are ignorant. Any human can take only so much from other humans, even if they have somewhat of a mental illness. Sitting in the lobby I have encountered numerous times that people seem like they take advantage of others due to them having a "disability". Yes, billing can be a lot better! To all the patients that appreciate her and wondered what happened; I don't know. I have learned that she is alive!!! I didn't find this out from her or Panacea Alliance. I don't know if she will be back. I am very relieved that she survived 2020. My anxiety issues ratcheted up a LOT not knowing. Not thrilled to find myself another shrink, but I am not so self-involved that I blame her. I do find the company name ironic since they could have taken the time to allay our fears. Dr. Eneida Gomez of Panacea Alliance has been my psychiatrist for several years. She has been my favorite shrink (she loved that word, always laughed). She would divide her time between Palm Coast and St. Augustine in Florida. The Palm Coast office has been closed for awhile now. 2020 happened and she disappeared. She, Gomez, quit seeing all of her patients without warning. A formal notice of her retirement would of been accepted, appropriate and professional. You, Gomez, are a devious miscreant.
Hass to be the worst doctor forgot to send prescription to drugstore had to wait for days for them to re-open forgot to send documents to specialist they sent us to no help from the office can’t even get anyone on the phone
Dr. Gomez violated my privacy my sharing my personal information that prevented my being able to obtain Psychiatric care by another Physician.
Constant billing errors and a terrible office staff. My son hardly ever saw the doctor. She does one visit and then turns everything over to her PA. No help with his issues and no proper medical attention. They kept double billing and their 3rd party accounting company never could figure out the problems. Just avoid this practice. They border on medical incompetence and are terrible with billing. Just rude office people.
