Went yesterday to buy carpet and the salesman treated me like I was a bother. I apologized for bothering him and went to LaRosa and purchased. They were very accommodating and POLITE. The way things are now a days Customer Service is huge. Don't ever prejudice a person as thats exactly how I felt. Little did he realize that yesterday may have been a smaller sale($500) however I will be doing my basement after kitchen and dining room.

Wasted money here... they ordered wrong product and we can not return because it is custom order... three transition pieces all different colors... they never call when they are suppose to.... I wasted money and time when I heard to use this company... I won’t recommend this company!

Endwell Rug is the greatest place to buy rugs from. The people there are really great and very friendly. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Great social media posts and awesome customer service & pricing. I am always very please by the friendliness of the the sales and support team. Both of my area rugs are holding up well and I receive compliments on them all of time. - love the contemporary prints I was able to find to match my rooms perfectly.
Good selection and prices. We're a little disappointed however that they were an hour and a half late and never called to let us know. They barely gave my husband enough time to look at the carpet after installed and rudely asked, "so how about a check?" And then proceeded to leave their garbage in our driveway. I would think they'd take that with them? Carpet looks great though.
