RecommendedThe expectation of customer service being at the forefront of most interactions these days is sadly an afterthought. Not at endurance auto. They always make me feel like a valued customer and back their work. In the age of honest mechanics being a joke, you know it's expected and delivered here. I won't get work at another shop as long as I can possibly get work done with these guys.
Always courteous, kind, and a place and people of integrity. Also, the best beach-like outdoor porch of any repair shop I have ever seen (and a comfy indoor one if you prefer!)
They are kind and honest people. They treat you like family and will always find a way to get you the best deal.
I will not take my car anywhere else. They are so personable and let me know what I need to get fixed in the coming check-ups. As a girl who knows nothing about cars, they are sure to explain everything to me and aren’t out to cheat me. I trust them and am happy to pay them for their wonderful service. Definitely go here!!!
I highly recommend Endurance Auto! They’re quick, honest, and friendly! I’ve been bringing my car there for months now, and they never keep me waiting long, which is huge because most mechanics keep you waiting all day... I also love that they send a confirmation text the day before your appointment 🙂 Hands down, best mechanics I’ve been to!
Steve and his team do great work and are extremely communicative! They are my first choice in any car work.
I’ve known Steve since before he started this body shop. He’s beyond honest, has your better interest championed over any bottom line and makes sure you are safe and your car is repaired when needed!! Can’t tell you how many times he could have encouraged a repair but told me I had time to wait...strong moral compasses are not always common these days and this place has a foundational one!
EXCELLENT AND THEN SOME.. IS HOW I DESCRIBE ENDURANCE AUTO REPAIR!!! I came across this shop when I needed repair work done on my truck. The employees showcase of superb customer service. Joel is a gem and the rest of the staff are top notch as well. The repair work done on my truck was fast, prompt and now it runs better than when I purchased it!
