The issue could not be resolved by the tech as the information has been deleted from all systems. Oliver spent a good deal of time trying to trouble shout but to no avail. Thank you for your time and attention to my issue.

I appreciated Oliver's calm and her perseverance in finding out why emails were not getting forwarded to me as they had been last spring. He also helped me re-set my password. Your staffers are always helpful. However, I've had the experience of losing a call or needing to call back and there's not an extension number, so I have to leave a message or talk to the next person who answers the phone.
