I HAVE DEALT WITH CARLOS BETANCOURT A FEW DIFFERENT TIMES AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTINUES TO BE EXCEPTIONAL. HE IS EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH US NON-I.T. TYPES AND WORKS DILIGENTLY TO IDENTIFY/RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. I ALSO APPRECIATE THAT HE ALWAYS FOLLOWS UP TO ENSURE SATISFACTION. HE IS A DEFINITE ASSET TO ENDSIGHT!!
The problem I reported was worked through efficiently and I was back to work in a reasonable amount of time given the slowness of the system at the time.
Ray was friendly and easy to work with. He responded to my email quickly and solved my problem. I was very satisfied with the customer service.
