Just had a procedure here. Doctors and nurses were great. The office staff could not have been more incompetent and useless. I will go elsewhere should I ever need these types of services. If you don’t mind not being able to talk with a person, being pushed to their app, waiting on hold forever, and people telling you that what you are asking about is not their job - you will like this place.
This was my first time here, and it was easy to check-in with free Wi-Fi in the waiting room. The staff was extremely friendly and explained everything and they had a locker for my clothing, and the facility was very clean as my Mom would approve. Discharge was easy Peezy with smiles from the staff.
The Doctors and nurses were so kind and were very good about explaining the procedure beforehand.
This is the worst place to get a procedure they have my husband in there for 3 hours and I haven't received any information
