Zero stars. Absolutely awful. Over 2 1/2 hours past appointment time when told it would be made 45 minutes. Was also told , next person after almost 2 hours when there were two people ahead of me. Do not come here. The only reason they have 2.1 rating is because you can’t give less than 1 star.
I would like to give a special shout out to Ms Green who works with patients in the endoscopy center. She was able to put an IV in my husband with minimal pain on the first try. She is the only person who has been able to do that and he has had over 20 surgeries. She has a great bedside manner and should be applauded as an exemplary employee!
Same story as many others here. No appointment time given. We were told that they would call us. It’s after 11:00 am and still no call. My husband has not had any food! I called them and was told it would not be before 2:00 pm at the earliest. What? This is a total disregard for your patients time.
This review is for the endoscopy center NOT DR BEDGOOD. I would have given no stars but I couldn’t leave a review unless I gave at least ONE. My insurance covered 100% of my procedure with no deductible and I knew this going into to it…However the billing dept insisted they verified my benefits and I had to pay hundreds of dollars or I could not have the procedure. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband had a endoscopy procedure scheduled for today at noon. We showed up 20 minutes early. After waiting until 1pm, I walked up to ask when they would take him back and after a phone call, I was told that they were behind but that Dr Adjoumo had only 1 patient ahead of my husband. It would take until 2:40pm before they finally called him back and we were told the procedure only takes 15-30 minutes.
