Endoscopy Center of Lake Norman deserves 10 Stars! I had my first ever procedure yesterday. Additionally, I have never been through ANY medical procedure, which added to my anxiety. The Team was very friendly, professional and put me at ease. The procedure went smoothly to the point that I truly do not remember anything. I no longer have fears and will be back to have this Team handle my next visit. I 1000% recommend this group and center.
The Endoscopy Center of Lake Norman was outstanding from pre-op support, to the procedure and post-op follow up. The procedure room was very clean. Dr Josephson, Kerrie, Tracy and Whitney were very professional. Dr Josephson personally called my wife while I was transported to recovery, explaining the results of the procedure and discharge instructions to her. This was my first endoscopic procedure and it went well..The entire staff were all professional and made the experience go well. A shout out to RN Tracy, RN Kendyl, CRNA Mrs. T, and especially Dr. Maddukuri for making me feel at ease. Thank you for service and helping others
I was so nervous about the sedation part of the colonoscopy. The nurses were very understanding and supportive and I could not have asked for a better group of people. The actual procedure literally happened within 20 minutes and I have zero recollection. I woke up immediately afterwards with no discomfort at all. Kudos to Cheryl, Tracy and Melissa and of course Dr Nangia for your professionalism. I would recommend this establishment for anyone requiring a colonoscopy.
Outstanding quality, personalized, and passionate care from the front desk, intake nurse, doctors and staff all made me have the best positive experience. The procedure only lasts a few mins. And you wake up fairly quickly. No worries they make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend.
