We were overcharged on December 5, 2023 the day of endoscopy by $71.00 according to Aetna claims associate. We have called numerous times starting on 1/18/2024 to get a refund, only to be told it is being reviewed. It is now 3/5/2024. I would suggest not paying up front for your procedure. J. Celecz
