Very poor customer service! I was scheduled for a 10:40 am procedure! I did not get taken back to the procedure room until 12:30 pm. After talking to staff, there were no emergencies, this is how the Dr. who performed the procedure books his schedule. How unfair & unprofessional is that? I not only got taken back almost 2 hours later, he didn’t explain any of his findings on discharge instructions. I had to have the nurse give me some handouts & explain. I recently had a procedure at Grand Junction Endoscopy and cannot recommend the facility highly enough. The medical team is friendly, knowledgeable, and deeply experienced. They really know what they're doing, and they do their jobs with transparency and compassion. A Five Star facility.
