Why would anyone have confidence in these people when no one can be bothered to answer a phone. When I finally got someone to answer it wasn't someone who could Answer a question about the procedure and registration. So I get referred to registration. LOL. But I was sent to security not registration. Finally referred to admissions. LOL. Couldn't answer a question. I gave up. I had a colonoscopy & endoscopy at Banner yesterday - 8/26/25. Everyone who cared for me was amazing! Dr Melson performed the procedures & was very thorough & informative. The nurses: Kelsey (i think - can't remember now), Katie & Eva were beyond caring. There were a few more nurses - didn't catch their names. Thanks to ALL of you for your wonderful care!
Told I had to check in by 6am for my son’s endoscopy. 7am and we are still in the waiting room. Everyone who works here is very nonchalant about the wait times.
Came in for a scheduled endoscopy for 330. Was told to arrive by 2 and it is now 310 and still in the lobby. Why have someone come in an hour and half before a scheduled exam and have them sit in the lobby. I could have arrived later if I was gonna just sit in the lobby with no communication. Only reason it’s a 2 star is because I can’t say how the nursing staff will be since I haven’t seen anyone. Banner is has not been a good experience over the past few weeks for me.
