Really bad experience with billing. The billing department did not submit the docs requested by insurance provider. Months of calling and requesting them to do so, resulted in nothing. The insurance couldn't re-review the claim since hospital did not provide the requested documents. Instead, the hospital just sent the case over to debt collections.
