Great workout! Amazing instructors! Prefect way to start the day
Endorphin has the best classes and best instructors of all the fitness studios I have been to. The workouts are always challenging and different and the instructions are encouraging. I â¤ï¸ Endo!
Warriors is a perfect mix between cardio on the bike, and off bike floor work with everything from kettlebells to slam balls to Vipers. If you're looking for some time on the Ryders bikes but still somewhat hesitant of a full 60 minutes on them (me) try Warriors. Great workout with phenomenal instructors that focus on form and alignment while providing that much needed encouragement!
