Everyone was nice and very professional. The whole environment was clean and bright. I felt very nervous going to a consult for a root canal, but they made me feel safe and comfortable.
This practice provides the utmost in high quality care. I received top notch customer service from Mary (receptionist), Evelyn (dental assistant), and Dr. Marta Rafla. Dr. Rafla took the time to treat my case with my full input as a partner in making decisions. I provided extensive input to her which allowed me to make a well-informed decision for next steps which wasn't initially a clear-cut diagnosis because my symptoms had improved on the morning of my appointment. After listening to my complaint, the office manager Tamara felt that even though they went according to their protocol, my situation was different and perhaps a visual inspection should’ve been warranted first. She agreed to credit my account for the cost of the CT scan which she said was not necessary for the endodontist to determine that the tooth could not be saved. It was clear upon visual inspection.
