The receptionist is terrible. She thinks she's the dentist. She diagnosed me over the phone and told me I should just get my tooth pulled instead of consulting the actual Doctor.
I saw Dr. Urbanczyk for a root canal procedure, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. They were kind, knowledgeable, patient, and honest. They took into consideration my insurance coverage which can be the most nerve racking part of the procedure. Further, their medical equipment was state of the art and any pain was quickly alleviated. The most difficult part of the operation was Doc's jokes - sorry Doc! I’m a 14 year old and the most painful part of the entire operations were the dad jokes. They are amazing people and if you feel anything they will give you more numbing agent. They want to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Highly, highly, highly recommend them!
