Dr. Bee is nothing short of amazing--professional, personable, very skilled. She explained the 3-D x-rays and discussed my treatment plan. Though it was a complicated procedure, she was expert and reassuring. I trusted her totally from the instant she introduced herself. Linda at chair side was kind and also explained what was happening, was sympathetic and excellent at assisting the Doctor. These two are my go-to team for any future appointments.
Dr Schuurmans provided excellent care. His calming manner made a difficult procedure easier for me.
I was really impressed with the staff (Ann and Shannon) and Dr. Ross. To be able to get in on short notice, with the quality of care given, was an unexpected surprise. Dr. Ross went above and beyond by ordering an additional 3 dimensional x-ray to ensure there wasn't another canal that could cause more issues in the future. Being my first root canal I did not know what to expect (after all the horror stories you hear). I was very pleased with the care given and would highly recommend.
I very much liked Dr. Ross's style. He explained things in a very practical down to earth way that I could easily understand. I am extremely sensitive and have a high level of fear when it comes to dentist, endodontics or orthodontists. He was sensitive and kind and explained what he was doing the whole time.
Dr. Thompson is amazing! Perfectionist. Spot on accuracy. Great "bedside manner" as they say. Friendly, talented, very nice gentleman! I'm already recommending him to friends! Thanks Dr. Thompson, for your professionalism and caring attitude.
Dr. Be is very professional and clearly has the needed expertise. I was surprised how quicly and easily she performed what to me was a bit tricky root canal. I felt she and her staff were paying close attention to see what was needed and thoroughly provide it. Jackie and Precautious took such good care of me throughout the procedure, they even had me laughing when I left, after promising me I'd have "fun" -- never a word I've thought of in connection with a root canal. But they made it so.
I highly recommend Dr. Ross and the staff at Endodontics Specialists. I’ve never felt more comfortable in an office before, and the level of care and communication was astounding. I appreciate the genuineness of all those I encountered both at my visit and over the phone. Truly a blessing.
What a wonderful place and Dr. Berkhoff was awesome! They were so professional and friendly. They made me so comfortable while working on my teeth and I was so thankful for their service.
Very positive experience. Felt no discomfort during root canal and Dr Ross answered all my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend Dr. Ross and would return myself.
