I was told by my dentist that I needed a RC back in the fall and was scared that it would be painful and I was in no pain at the time so I procrastinated. Well, last weekend the pain came and it was brutal so I quickly scheduled a root canal. They were able to get me in within 3 days where other practices had 2 week scheduling wait so I was very appreciative of that. Dr. Gross was incredible- I loved her personality and bedside manner. I recently saw Dr G and had an excellent experience. She was very friendly, informative, and honest. I truly enjoyed her vibe and professionalism and wish she were my primary doctor. The front desk staff member with short black hair was also very welcoming and helpful. The assistant who worked with Dr G was friendly and attentive as well. All three of them made my visit a positive experience. I highly recommend seeing Dr G and her team and hope they continue their excellent work
The best dental experience I have ever had ., I just got a root canal done today 02/09/2026 . This is the second time I have been to the office . And the office front desks staff were so kind both times. Very welcoming and greeted me as soon as I came in, made me feel so welcomed and I Did not wait long at all . Dr Lee and Tracy were an exceptional team for me today. I had a root canal retreatment and they took time to explain the procedure to me, listen to my concerns, give me time to ask questions. Dr Lee had the best pain management protocol I've ever experienced: no pain during or after the process. Tracy also went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable: from listening to me, to getting me a blanket to help me feel comfortable. They were incredibly professional and really kind at the same time.
