this was the best endodontist. the staff was friendly and warming. they corrected an old botched root canal. they did an absolute great job! wished I would have known about them sooner. I recommend them to all

Dr. Bolen and staff are amazing! I have very high dental anxiety, and Dr. Bolen made sure I was comfortable. I unfortunately have had a lot of dental work in my lifetime, and Dr. Bolen is hands down the best dentist I have been to. I highly recommend.

In one word..... PERFECT!! Absolutely the BEST! Friendly. Welcoming. 5 stars all the way!!!! Motivated by an aching tooth, I finally dragged myself to a dentist that a friend works at. I was told that I needed 2 root canals and quickly but they do not do root canals. I was in pain and scared! I was referred to another endodontist in town but they could not get me in for a month. After two nights of a killer toothache, I let my husband take me to a train themed chain nearby and was yelled at by the immature dentist when my tooth was too touchy to be worked on. I left hurt, terrified and was desperate. Another dear friend told me that her friend, Dr. Spencer Hinckley, is an amazing endodontist in Norman. I was PETRIFIED! Scheduling an appointment was the hardest thing I have done in a long time. It took 2 days to get the courage to call but when I did, it was a night and day difference. From the initial phone call to Dr. Hinckley'Âs office I was treated so nicely. The staff were all warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable despite my nervousness. They guided me through everything that I needed to know and what would be done. They helped me individualize a plan for getting my root canals done, working with my dental phobia and fears from my past experience. The day of my appointment, it took everything I had to just get in his office due to having an all out panic attack. They were so kind and caring. His assistant, was so sweet and worked very hard to put me at ease - at my pace. They did everything that they could to ease my mind. I knew from the moment that I met Dr. Hinckley that he is an exceptional dentist, an exceptional endodontist, and a caring and very nice person. Dr. Hinckley was approachable and addressed my questions and concerns seriously without condescension. He creates a positive patient rapport with a calming presence and a sprinkle of sense of humor to lift the panic and make you feel at ease. He and his staff truly seemed to understand and care about me as a person,not a just another person with a checkbook.
Most people going for a root canal wouldn't say they had an awesome experience. The whole procedure was painless. Thanks to the individualized anesthesia!! :) I can honestly say that there is nothing they could have done better.
I would highly recommend Dr. Hinckley to anyone who needs an experienced endodontist. He had wonderful chairside manner followed by very thorough and gentle work. Great work, totally conscientious and he (and his staff) are so caring and nice. Turns out that my root canal was complex and he handled it delicately and with perfection. There are not enough words to describe how highly I think of Dr. Hinckley. He truly is the best!
