I could have easily fallen asleep at any point during this root canal!! At 36 years old with a fear of dental work that was once described by a professional as a "phobia," this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at any dental office. I came in terrified of having a root canal and I never felt a thing! Not being numbed or the actual procedure! Completely done in 30 minutes or less... anyone worried about dental work I HIGHLY recommend them!!
Unfortunately the communication with the office couldn't be worse. I was waiting for weeks to hear back from them because of an issue with my insurance company. When I was tired of waiting I called the office and no one knew what's going on. I had to call multiple times, was thrown back into the call tree and I'm still waiting for a call back from Dr. Chandler.
I will start this review by saying I am petrified of dental work. Emma was able to schedule me an appointment the same day, which is completely unheard of due to a last-minute cancellation. As soon as I walked in, Emma took care of me right away. Then, I met Chloe and Dr. Carter . Chloe and Dr. Carter are also exceptional. This was the fastest root canal I’ve ever had. They both treated me with kindness and compassion. I fully recommend Endodontic Associates of Charleston.
