Had one of the best experiences i've ever had in a dental office, Dr. Bickel and his assistant roe( sorry if i misspelled your name) were the best. Very thorough in explaining what was being done and checked to see if everything was ok with me throughout the process. They made me feel extremely comfortable. Had root canal therapy done so you know the shots to the gums usually hurt but surprisingly Dr. Bickel mad it feel painless.. thank you all very much for the great work and great experience. Dr Bickle and assistant, Melissa, were awesome! Had to have a root canal completed on my crown. They explained the procedure and informed me step by step while doing the procedure. My biggest concern was the pain associated with the needle when they numbed it. But, there wasn't any pain at all! I didn't realize how much pain I had been living with daily until I woke up the morning after the procedure pain free! I get high blood pressure and anxiety going to dentists and this place makes me feel comfortable the blodd pressure proves it.
Overall good experience and recommend to anyone who needs root canal work!
