I just had a root canal on a molar today by Dr. Carnes, and I can confidently say that this is the place for anyone apprehensive or nervous about getting a root canal. Everyone from the front office to the technicians to the doctor were extremely pleasant, helpful, and courteous. The entire procedure took about an hour including x-rays and prep. Dr. Hubble and his team were amazing! I called on a Thursday and received an appointment for Tuesday of the following week. The young lady, Sara, that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions related to my root canal including potential out of pocket cost. When I arrived at the office my paperwork had all of my information typed saving me time. Office staff were friendly and welcoming. I was traveling in Denver and I got a terrible toothache. Dr. Malek was INCREDIBLE. She went over my X-rays and showed me my 3D xray and explained it so well. I could clearly see on the X-ray that I had an infection. The procedure itself was completely painless and I dosed off because I was so relaxed. My tooth is now pain free and I am so thankful!! Highly highly recommend Dr. Malek!
We do not recommend this business for several very serious reasons: 1) My husband fainted when they administered his anesthetic. They should know how to do this without this effect on a patient. 2) We were not given any discharge papers with instructions on required medications for his healing. 3) They prescribed antibiotics he had listed an extreme allergy to.
