I was worked into their schedule right away after being up all night, unable to sleep because of the pain. I was greeted with the utmost of kindness and an overall happy demeanor. Even the assistant showed sympathy and understanding, putting my mind at ease. Professional, personable, great staff, highly qualified
It’s been about 20 years give or take since my last root canal so I arrived pretty nervous. The staff were all very welcoming and reassuring. And Dr Korn? WOW! She is a rock star! After the area was numb, the whole procedure was maybe 20 minutes! No lying there with your mouth open and jaw pain from holding it open for 2 hours! I sat back and watched a movie while she did the work and only got about 20 minutes into the movie then I was finished! I had a root canal done by dr. korn she was awesome. she took the time to answer all my questions. I had no pain. I was so nervous but she totally put me at ease. never felt that with any dentist before. she has a very sweet assistant heather who is very knowledgeable. thank you for a good experience

I went into this office for a root canal. I was very apprehensive because. like most people, I hate going to the dentist. Dr. Nguyen and her assistant Kim put me at ease. I was told every possible thing that could happen before she started. Kim set me up with cool movie glasses. They were a great distraction during the procedure. After months of them not being able to bill my proper insurance company, the staff decided to take it upon themselves to recharge a credit card I had used in the past without my consent, they charge $314.00 and put on it that they had a signature on file which is so wrong in so many ways. Now I have to dispute the transaction, and seek legal action towards them. They are thieves, do not trust these people with your private information!!!
