Love this office and everyone in it...including the dog! I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist....I need not look any further. Dr. west is tops in my book and I am looking forward to meeting my new hygentist in March. I started seeing Dr. Malik 2 years ago after my previous dentist hadn't been proactive enough in treating my dental problems. She and Dr. Patel have treated and corrected many issues and referred me to other specialists I've been pleased with. The dentists and staff are very kind and gentle. Bonus! If you have anxiety, their therapy labradoodle will ease your nerves during treatment! I've seen him snuggle kids during procedures and it's so helpful!
Just had my first visit with Dr Malik and her team today. I was really impressed with the level of care I recieved. Like you, I Googled dentist in my area and found her. There is some serious competetion in the dental space but, no joke, this is THE BEST! Their service dog Chai put it over the top! A ++
After many years as a patient, Dr. Malik continues to impress me with her compassion and attention to detail. I was in the office yesterday for routine cleaning and mentioned some issues that I was having with numbness in my jaw. Although regular x rays showed nothing, Dr. Malik went above and beyond to get a 3D X-ray and then diagnose an abcess. She explained the X-ray and referred me to an endodontist for further treatment. This by far is the best place I have ever been for dental work. Dr.Pattetson,Dr.Malik, my dental hygentist and the office manager as well as the whole office treated me with so much compassion and patience when I had so much dental work to catch up on. I really am thankful that I found them. I love this place and because of them I can laugh without being embrassed. IN MY OPINION, THIS IS THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE, I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT SINCE 1980 AND NOW TRAVEL OVER 65 MILES TO SEE THEM BUT ITS WORTH IT DUE TO THEIR PROFESSIONAL TOUCH AND ALWAYS TREAT MY WIFE AND I WITH SPECIAL CARE. EVEN SENT ME A BIRTHDAY -E- CARD TODAY ON MY BIRTHDAY. BOTTOM LINE THEY ARE GREAT.
