I had a horrible experience with the Endodontic Associates, Ltd. On May 22, 2012 Dr. Daniel Janowski performed a root canal on my tooth. The next day the tooth fell out leaving sharp edges. I paid $600 to restore it. Instead of basic apologies this office sent me an additional bill for $154. When I asked for a discount, their receptionist rudely told me that it was my fault that I had a weak tooth. But nobody told me before the prosedure that it was weak.
